Timed Landscapes

These paintings form a dual function.  From a distance they are landscapes based on photos and memories.  They represent the unchanging land in some respects, bringing the awareness of the briefness of the time spent there.  To emphasise this fact the figures are drawn into the colour so the ghostly shapes add interest when the paintings are seen close up.
